A 30 min conversation to work out if we are suitable for each other, talk through what we offer and to find out roughly what your business needs are.

Your Process

We will then send you our onboarding form which should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. This form helps us to understand your business and its needs.

Confirmation

This call is to finalise what services you would like to receive and agree on a price and start date.

Understand

A call with one of your team to develop some understanding and familiarity with our new working partnership.

Creation

We will create a joint site which will contain everything we both need to get started. This may also include tailoring Suitability Reports to your brand.

Collaborate

Let's get started! Submit a case submission form and add the appropriate documents to our shared folder.

Checking

We will perform a check of all the information to ensure we have everything we need. We can also have a case discussion.

Commence

Once we have everything we need for the case, we will get started. We will share the finished piece of work with you within 10 working days.

Review

You check the work to make sure you are happy with it and provide feedback. We will make any remedial changes that are needed.
