Emma Pye

Hello! I'm Emma, a professional paraplanner for over 8 years.

About me and my role:

My career as a paraplanner started 8 years ago, when I switched to the finance field after getting a degree in Fashion Design. As an Outsourced Paraplanner, I enjoy working with different firms and people that make my work varied and interesting. I also appreciate the challenges and learning opportunities that come with it.

Who am I at home?

Outside of work, I keep busy with my two boys who love football and take them to training/matches or have fun dressing up with my little girl. When the weather is nice, we like to go to Wales and stay at our family lodge for holidays.

Our four key elements for paraplanning success:

“A thing that is composed of two or more separate elements; a mixture.”

Expertise & Excellence

The term suggests expertise and excellence: The term "compound" implies that the Paraplanning services offered by our business are of a high quality, and that our team has excellent knowledge and experience in Financial Planning.

Collaborative

When attributing this to the Financial Planning industry, we suggest that our Paraplanners will work closely with our clients, bringing various elements of the process together, to create customised outputs that are tailored to your client's unique situation.

Unique

It's unique: ‘Compound Paraplanning’ is not commonly used in the Financial Planning industry, which we believe will help our company stand out from competitors and make a memorable impression on our potential clients.

Memorable

It's easy to remember: We believe that ‘Compound Paraplanning’ has a nice ring to it and is easy to remember, which is important when it comes to creating a brand that our clients will remember and (hopefully) refer to others.
